By Purchasing a product or Service offered on this site, the Customer acknowledges that their purchase is subject to the terms outline below.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds or Exchanges are available for the following products under the conditions outlined:
 

• Online Courses (One-Time Purchase for Lifetime Access):

  Due to the nature of these digital products, refunds are not offered on any of my courses. Please be very intentional about your purchase. If you have questions about if the course is right for you, email watersabovemod@gmail.com for assistance. However, one-time exchanges for course(s) at equal or lesser value are available under certain conditions. Read more in Section 5 below. Please fill out this form to inquire about an exchange.
   

• Patreon Membership (Monthly or Annual Subscription)

  Refunds for Patreon Membership are available only under specific conditions, such as failure of JMA Trading LLC to deliver promised rewards or where significant technical errors required you to create multiple accounts and have paid twice for the same service. Refunds are not provided for general membership cancellations or if you simply change your mind. To request a refund, please fill out this form we’ll review the request on a case-by-case basis and inform you about next steps.
   

• WatersAbove™ University (Annual Fee)

  Our WatersAbove™ University Program is non-refundable. No downgrades to the 9-Week Accelerator are available.

• 9-Week Accelerator (Lifetime Access)
  Our 9-Week Accelerator is non-refundable. If you are offered the option to upgrade to the WatersAbove™ University Program, please note that is a one-time offer that is non-refundable. 
   

• Merchandise (Hats, Shirts, etc.):

  Refunds and returns are handling by our third-party vendor, Spring. You may initiate a refund request with them here.
   

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for any of the above Products -or- Services that you are eligible for, please fill out this form and provide all the required details of your request.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your request and verify your eligibility, we may reach out to the email you provided with additional questions. You will hear from us whether or not you are eligible. If you are eligible, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to complete depending on the complexity of the request.
 

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for Course purchased at www.watersabove.shop only. WatersAbove™ University, the 9-Week Accelerator -or- Patreon Memberships cannot be exchanged for other Products or Services. You may exchange a course only once and only for another course of equal or lesser value. Paying the difference between the course you purchased and another more expensive course is not available. Receiving a refund for the difference between your original course and a course of lesser value is not available.
